Intermediates

The Bionet Intermediates collection currently comprises of 7,524 diverse compounds and this includes the January 2012 additions.

The entire database incorporates compounds from Merlin Synthesis and G&J Chemicals which are now marketed exclusively by Key Organics.

There are also compounds listed from other trusted external suppliers.

(1) Novelty searching and overlap with other supplier catalogues was carried out by importing the appropriate SDF file into MOE (CCG Inc) and then exporting into SQL server containing the ProtoDiscovery™ Compound Database [PCD]. The PCD contains over >15 million commercially available compounds, of which ~10 million have live supplier data. This database was last updated on Jan 2011.

Assay Standards

Key Organics has launched the Bionet Assay Standard Collection; designed and sourced specifically to satisfy Bionet customer demand for small, screening sized quantities of specific assay standards for comparison testing and screening.

The Bionet Assay Standard Collection contains a diverse selection of assay standards, including APIs and metabolites.

The collection is being grown regularly and currently stands at 644 compounds, including the most recent update from January 2012.

Agrimediates™

Agrochemistry is an intrinsic part of Key Organics' history. Since 1986, KO has grown and diversified, although KO has never forgotten its strong agrochemistry roots and recognises that agrochemistry needs have been overshadowed by other, more demanding organisations for a long time.

The Bionet Agrimediates™ collection currently comprises of 479 compounds and this includes the January 2012 additions. These are compounds that have been specially created to appeal to all quarters of the agrochemistry community.

Core Scaffolds

The Bionet Core Scaffold Database was created to meet our customers’ needs for multi-diversity of library frameworks that are easy to find.

The database currently contains 594 compounds, which include the January 2012 update and will be regularly updated together with the Bionet Screening and Bionet Intermediates databases.
