John has a wealth of experience in the agrochemicals and biotechnology industries, and has most recently been MD/CEO for two science-based SME's for the past 8 years. John has significant change management experience, and his brief is to continue the growth of the business, to expand the chemistry capabilities of Key Organics to offer a total turnkey experience to its clients and to tailor the operation to become ever more customer focused. John has a BSc in Biology, PhD in Biochemistry/Pathology, and an MBA.
