The BIONET Extended Fragment Library (Download SDF) consists of 3,692 compounds, of which 1,521 are unique to BIONET.

Researchers in the field agree that ‘Ro3’-based fragment collections potentially omit compounds of interest due to the stringent criteria imposed.

The BIONET Extended Fragment Library comprises 3,692 fragments selected using less restrictive ADME filters however only one of these softer filters is applied to any one fragment ensuring that all the compounds in this Library are fragment- like.
