Release of the Bionet Bromo-Fragment Collection

Key Organics is pleased to announce the latest offering in its Bionet Fragments collection. The Bionet Bromo-Fragment Collection (Download SDF) consists of 389 bromine containing fragments, over 158 of these are unique to Bionet. The collection is biased towards inclusion of brominated scaffolds which allow for an easier identification of the fragment bound in the active site of a target by X-ray crystallography. The Bionet brominated fragments also allow for the rapid elaboration of the privileged scaffolds identified at the start of a screening campaign by various cross-coupling methods.
